The non-binding agreement provides a co-ordinating framework that provides the greatest opportunities for the development and commercialization of emerging third-generation PSC technologies in Australia and will create significant economic benefits for Australia.
The LOI establishes a framework for Parties to combine their technical and business expertise to seek future financial support from a variety of government sources, in particular the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) and the Ministry of Industry.
The realization of complementary skills and the pursuit of successful commercialization opportunities in Australia is a fundamental principle of Australian innovation policy.
